Rain Priest
The Zuni Rain Priest of the North would march across barren landscapes in search of clouds filled with rain. He would dance and sway his head from side to side using his massive horn to poke holes in the clouds releasing the rain to the waiting land below.

Yucca Elder
Said to come at the end of fall, he gathers all the yucca pods from the desert. He strips the plants bare and uses the pods for medicines and saves. Legend goes that once he removed all the pods, this allowed the cold bitter air to start blowing and thus setting in winter.

Treacherous Crossing
Stories told of the spiny hills off to the west of their tiny village warned the young ones never to tread there, for they may lose a limb or suffer other serious injuries on the sharp rocks. But when one disobedient boy decided to see for himself how dangerous the hills actually were, he never envisioned this was the actual threat his elders warned about!

On any given day, a bear is a very calm creature. He spends his days gathering for his family and watching over his tribesmen. But when news passed that several of his men were attacked by a rival clan the bear strapped on his armor and sharpened his claws.
